Custom or made-to-order prints may require additional processing time, typically 5 days, depending on complexity.

If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear, depending on the shipping carrier.
4. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
