Thank you for shopping with ProtoPrints! Below are the details of our shipping process, including processing times, delivery estimates, and important shipping policies.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order prints may require additional processing time, typically 5 days, depending on complexity.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear, depending on the shipping carrier.

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.
