2. Products & 3D Print Quality

  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, all products may have slight variations, including layer lines, minor surface imperfections, or small artifacts. These are part of the normal printing process and do not affect the function of the item.

  • Product images are for reference only; the final print may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • Custom or personalized orders will require additional processing time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items (see our Refund Policy for details).

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on protoprinted.com are the intellectual property of ProtoPrints unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased item.
